Sebenarnya kalau dimanage dengan baik sangat enak. View di kolam renang ada keliatan KLCC dan KL tower. Sayangnya di dalam hotel, lantainya agak lengket pdhl sudah suruh bersihkan sebelumnya. Poin positifnya disediakan air yang lumayan banyak, dapur yang lengkap. Hanya tidak ada detergen pakaian ( beli sendiri saja). Pelayanan memuaskan tapi lebih baiknya kebersihan ditingkatkan lagi.

誰住誰後悔 那個床單睡的人全身癢！ 還是勉強蓋衣服才能睡着！ 照片和物也不一樣 現實非常的舊 真的非常非常無語！

Расположение отеля ужасно, чтобы доехать 800 метров по прямой от башен, мы обычно проезжали на такси по 3-5 километров и 10-15 минут, рядом с отелем нет ничего, ни магазинов, ни кафе, постоянные толпы в фойе и в бассейне, уехать на лифте это просто какой-то квест до 10 минут длительностью, в общем не рекомендую совсем. Из плюсов: относительно удобные кровати, всегда кто-то есть на ресепшен (но найти его не просто, расположен в соседнем здании), лучше всего сразу писать в вотсап

Excellent Stay I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and professional. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, luxurious, and enjoyable. The unit is quite spacious, and the bathrooms are notably large, featuring a bathtub. The design is minimalist, predominantly in white. However, please be aware that the bathroom floor can become very slippery when wet, posing a potential fall hazard if not noticed. Additionally, we found the information regarding access to our unit via the car park lift to be somewhat misleading. We were staying on the 20th floor of Block D and initially used the car park lift designated for Block D, only to discover it served floors 30 to 50. To reach the 20th floor, it was necessary to use the Block C lift, which serves floors 9 to 29. We believe that clearer instructions on the lift access card would help prevent such confusion.

Room is very comfortable ! Front desk was very friendly and helpful ! Check in was very smooth . The room equipped with washing machine which help our trip so much ! Kitchen is well equipped too . Appreciate all the efforts from DM . We definitely will come back again in future !
