下午到店，女前台一臉懵地折騰二十分鐘才辦好，期間多次詢問基礎問題都答不上來，態度敷衍又死板，整晚心情被毀，住酒店最差的體驗沒跑了

我們下午1點退房，收取了100的費用，我們退房前一天問了前，她明確告訴我一個小時收入50馬幣，12點退房是免費的，不收取費用，我還單獨問了下午1點退房收取50，2點退房收取100，但是我們一點退房收了100，亂收費，酒店走廊裏味道很臭，而且衞生條件不太好，傢俱很舊，衹有房間大，其他都不行，一點不推薦，差評，並且打掃衞生都要收取費用，垃圾袋和衣架都不提供，要自己去買

非常差勁，丟失的東西説7 天內保留，我10 號退房， 今天17 號上午過來酒店領取被告知已經給清理了，玩文字遊戲，説今天已經超過7 天，推卸責任 、房間還臭 一股味， 千萬別定這個酒店

We checked in around midnight which the location was very difficult to find (waze location is totally wrong). We received no prior information about the check-in and parking is self-paid additionally. The bed isn't as comfortable as shown on listing photo (2 thin pillows) although the room is very spacious, but the bathroom is very narrow. Basic kitchen amenities and washing machine is available.

Hotel all'interno di un grattacielo, vista molto bella e l'esposizione è su 3 lati. È un miniappartamento con tutto ciò che serve, anche la lavatrice. Hanno anche palestra e piscina, ma purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo per provarle. La posizione è ottima e vicino alla Monorail.
