Nice environment, affordable price, and good value for money. The sink had adjustable hot and cold water, which was convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Customer service deserves a standing ovation—especially the woman at the front desk. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and I’ll forever be grateful for her grace and professionalism. The location is also a win: most things are walkable, and Grab/Uber pickups were fast and easy every time. Now… the room. And honestly, I blame the reviews I read before booking because they were generous. My room reminded me of a halfway house—functional, sure, but not exactly comforting. The shower had visible dirt in the corners, and when I wiped it with a towel and the grime came right off, that told me all I needed to know. The smell was a strange mix of dust, mothballs, and old gym socks. I checked in with half a roll of toilet paper (which felt bold), and the TV stand wobbled every time

衞生：浴巾居然是臟的！ 設施：説是2025年開業，我才定的，結果裏面桌椅都是舊的，空調開機關機還嘎嘎嘎響。 環境：周邊印度人比較多，但離火車站的shopping mall比較近，所以才訂了這裏。 房間也比較小。下次不會再住了。

周邊是印度人比較多，小印度社區，在市中心去唐人街，雙子塔比較方便，價格在旅遊淡季也不算太貴，各方面還可以

Not recommended for couple/family. Okay for short term/solo travelers. Here is why: The location is excellent. It is located in 8 minutes walking distance from both the NU/KL Sentral and Brickfield. Around 20 minutes walk from the Central Market. There is no problem with the staff and despoit. However, they marketed the room and hotel amenities to fool people. Half of the amenities won't be provided. Actually, I only got one towel, brush, toothpaste, handwash, body wash, even if my room was booked for 2 persons. There were water, and iron machine. The bed side lamp didn’t work. The main problems with this hotel are probably the small room size and the drainage system in the bathroom. Even the deluxe size room seems very small. The toilet will flood with water when you take a shower. It fe
